Fundamentally, we are a reflection of the background and principals of our founder, Burch Falkner. Burch, with over 40 years experience in public safety communications is a former District and Area Manager with General Electric, where he was instrumental in setting up the WISPERN EMS network in Wisconsin. As a regional manager with Sylvania, Burch was involved with one of the nation's first mobile data systems in the 70's, and as national distribution manager for Boeing Electronics, he led Boeing's entry into the development and distribution of an ultra secure voice encryption system.
